This cozy semi-detached villa offers lots of character in a country environment. It has lovely mature gardens with lots of plants, trees and shrubs. The accommodation is on two levels. The main entrance is located under the shaded front terrace and leads straight onto the small lounge dining area with an open plan kitchenette totally equipped with all the basics. A small corridor to the right of the lounge area gives access to the twin bedroom and the full bathroom. Upstairs there is a further double bedroom with another full bathroom. Both bedrooms are supplied with one air conditioning unit. Outside, the front shaded terrace leads down to the other paved terrace where the swimming pool is located.
