Carefully renovated and furnished with antique pieces, the villa is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn as well as spacious terraces providing unique opportunities for outdoor living. A short driveway leads up to the entrance of the property, resplendent with beautiful, antique, wooden doors, which in turn leads to the charming open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The wonderful adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and completely separate pantry (a washing machine is available in an outbuilding). Off the lounge, there is the appealingly designed and tiled bathroom (with walk-in shower). Just next to the bathroom is a tastefully decorated double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. A staircase leads up from the lounge to a mezzanine floor, housing a single bed. The villa is air-conditioned. Outside there is a stunning wrap around, covered terrace and a delightful pool area, from where lovely views of the surrounding area can be enjoyed.
