Provided with a large private swimming pool and superb views over the surrounding countryside up to the Tramuntana mountains, this villa enjoys an excellent location close to Pollensa's golf course, the old town of Pollensa (which is just 3km away) and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa. A pleasant driveway leads up to the villa and its front covered terrace. The terrace has been furnished with contemporary seating and dining facilities, a lovely contrast to the traditional exposed Mallorcan stone walls. Inside, the villa is set over one floor. The front door leads into a spacious lounge with dining and kitchen area, featuring impressive exposed wooden beams, arched doorways and pretty picture windows providing natural light as well as pleasant views. The lounge has been tastefully furnished and decorated using soft, pastel colors. The kitchen is equipped with dining table and chairs and there are doors leading out to an extensive terrace with tables, chairs and barbecue - perfect for outdoor dining. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all pleasantly decorated and furnished: one double bedroom with ensuite shower room and two twin bedrooms that share a family shower room. The villa is air-conditioned. Outside, the villa is surrounded by beautifully kept gardens with lawn, trees and shrubs. The large private swimming pool also features a pleasant wooden decking area perfect for sunbathing.
