The exclusive Villa Coloma is located in a great rural area near Port Pollensa. The private swimming pool with its unique freestanding terrace has a large sitting and resting area, is just one of the highlights of this beautiful villa. Two beautiful and large dining tables with chairs and a modern seating area with barbecue area invites to unforgettalbe barbecue events and great dinners with friends and family. From the pool you can enjoy a view of the neighboring treetops and the shilouette of the mountains of the Tramuntana Mountains, world heritage since 2011. A private entrance leads directly to the covered parking of the villa with the main entrance at the front of the house. Two cars can easily park here. Simply beautiful, the bright and airy lounge with traditional Mallorcan beamed ceilings and inviting patio doors that overlook the covered patio and pool area. The stylish and exclusively furnished living room is an open space with dining area and has a comfortable sitting area, a flat screen TV, an omantic fireplace and a dining table with chairs for the colder season. The independent, modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining area is spacious and offers all the comforts for a relaxing stay and culinary experiences. The decoration of the bedrooms and the bathroom is a perfect blend of modern and Mediterranean style. All 3 bedrooms with plenty of storage space and air conditioning are on the ground floor, 2 with double beds and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The first bedroom with double bed has its own en suite bathroom with a spacious modern bathtub. In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air condioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h. In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant. Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters. Cleaning service, pool towels and a welcome basket is provided for free with every reservation. This villa can welcome babies. It has two baby cots and two high chairs available at no extra cost.
