Three steps up from the lounge is a twin bedroom. A corridor from the lounge/dining room leads to a further twin bedroom and a shower room on the right and a double bedroom with en suite shower room on the left. At the end of the hallway, there is a further double bedroom with en suite bathroom (with a separate walk-in shower) and doors to terrace. Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to the landing and first floor, which consists of a twin bedroom, a bathroom (with separate walk in shower) and a games room with billiard table. Both the twin bedroom and the games room have access to a large uncovered terrace with views over the pool below.
