On the ground floor there is the living room with comfortable sofas, TV and fireplace as well as a living room with a large table, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is the main room with a double bed and terrace with views of the mountains. Two other rooms and a bathroom complete the floor. The second building, next to the pool, houses a perfectly equipped kitchen, has a dining table for 10 people. On one side we find a complete bathroom. The pool, surrounded by sun loungers, has beautiful views of the lower garden and a large barbecue with a table for 10 people and umbrellas. Comfort and services: Garage, Air Conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, Barbecue, Heating, Highchair, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, Stove, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing Machine, Hair Dryer. Fully equipped with sheets and towels. Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day. Note 3. When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.
