Villa Alejandra is a beautiful countryside Villa with a fantastic pool and views to the nearby mountains, but if you want to dine out or spend a day at the beach, within a 4 minutes drive you can enjoy the picturesque beaches of Pollensa. This charming 3-bedroom villa has an authentic Mediterranean vibe and includes Free WIFI and air conditioning in all bedrooms. More flexibility for your reservation! All surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant meticulously before a guest enters the Villa. Cleaning ladies wear disposable gloves and masks to clean and disinfect. Laundry is done using a minimum temperature of 60°C and drying items completely for 72 hours or more. The spacious lawn and pool provide plenty of space to relax and embrace the beautiful scenery. Apart from the covered terrace with comfortable seating there is another chill out area with a gazebo and a BBQ by side to enjoy numerous “al fresco” dinners with your loved ones and to practise your Mediterranean cooking skills. The bright and airy lounge and dining area are open plan and is equipped with comfortable sofas, a flatscreen TV and a wooden table with chairs. The adjacent and practical kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast table, perfect for an early morning tea of coffee. Villa Alejandra has 3 bright and airy bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with a bathroom en suite. The two single bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are air conditioned/ heating at no extra costs. in line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h. The magnificent garden and pool area of Villa Alejandra and countryside views – you won´t want to leave ! In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural centre, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant. Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal-clear waters. \*\*\*\*\* Cleaning service, pool towels and a welcome basket is provided for free with every reservation.
