Our spacious and family friendly Villa Troy is full of Mediterranean character, with a large private pool and great views. All surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant meticulously and an Ozone treatment before a guest enters the Villa. Cleaning ladies wear disposable gloves and masks to clean and disinfect. Laundry is done using a minimum temperature of 60°C and drying items completely for 72 hours or more. One of the highlights of Villa Troy is its exterior space, with a private swimming pool, a beautiful garden with plenty of space to sunbath, two alfresco eating areas and an exterior kitchenette with BBQ facilities, perfect for memorable dinners or lunches with family and friends. A table tennis for persons who are looking for additional fun and recreation... The fully equipped and adjacent rustic kitchen is spacious and even has a breakfast table, to enjoy the morning coffee of tea. The inviting open plan living room with dining and sitting area : Comfortable sofas, a big flat screen TV and typical Mediterranean style and a fireplace are the main features. On ground floor there are three nice and comfortable bedrooms, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The inner staircase leads to the first floor with a nice and airy double bedroom with private bathroom byside, offering marvellous views to the mountains. All bedrooms of Villa Troy are air conditioned and with amply storage. In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16. 00h. Two spacious family bathrooms, one en suite bathroom with bath and shower, the other with shower are byside. In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant. Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal-clear waters. \*\*\*\*\* Cleaning service, pool towels and a welcome basket is provided for free with every reservation.
