Just when you arrive at Villa Coster Can Moragues, located at the foot of the Puig de Maria you will find yourself surrounded by local flora, it is very well located and has excellent views of the beautiful town of Pollensa. The outdoor area features walkways, stairs, and stone walls alongside the lawn. The 32 m² swimming pool, slightly elevated, lined with decorative blue stone mosaics and easily accessible via wide stairs. There is a covered terrace that offers the possibility of staying in the shade or eating next to the barbecue while enjoying the wonderful view of Pollença. The natural stone wall of the house forms a particularly relaxing atmosphere in combination with the beautiful tiles and wood-beamed ceiling in this area. Under the open sky, the terrace offers a place to sunbathe. The villa is only about 6 km from the nearest beach. The surrounding beaches are excellent and in Puerto de Pollensa you can take a long walk along the beach, where you can find shops, bars and restaurants.
