Creatively engineered to inspire a state of bliss, the outdoor space features a solid stone-cut swimming pool with gentle slopes, several comfortable lounge chairs, gorgeous stonework, sun terraces, a children’s play area, and a covered pergola with a dining table for eight individuals. While your friends and family swim and frolic, you can take advantage of the nearby brick-built barbeque and whip up tasty treats for your loved ones. Explore the grounds to find old olive trees, and if the season allows, there may be an opportunity to pick a fresh lemon or a juicy orange! Inside, the Villa Lloberina is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find it furnished for an abundance of comfort and adorned with stone walls. The first thing you see is the kitchen farmhouse-style kitchen featuring a dishwasher, a microwave, a large refrigerator/freezer, ample cabinetry, a dining area, and a fireplace. You continue to a spacious interior includes lovely tile floors, wood ceiling beams, a dining room with high ceilings from where you have a spectacular view of the original stone entrance. There is also a lounge with satellite television (limited channels) and a comfortable sofa and a laundry with a washing machine.
