All surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant meticulously before a guest enters the Villa. Cleaning ladies wear disposable gloves and masks to clean and disinfect. Laundry is done using a minimum temperature of 60°C and drying items completely for 72 hours or more. Trimmed hedges and stone walls frame the outdoor space with structure as they simultaneously blend with the surrounding shapes of the organically flowing environment. Approaching the residence, you immediately notice the intoxicating natural landscape views with lush greenery, the Tramuntana Mountains, and a flat manicured lawn. In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h.
