Enveloped in a wide bowl of fincas and surrounding mountains, birds and crickets singing contentedly, the secluded location in the midst of all this beauty is difficult to beat. The house was recently renovated to provide comfortably modern accommodation with contemporary art work to turn this villa into an artful sanctuary and a generous amount of space, including a bathroom for each of the bedrooms. The villa is divided into two floor. First floor consists of a double bedroom with air conditioning. Ground floor consists of open plan living /dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a second bedroom and a shower room. Just in front of the property you will find the 4x6 meter private swimming pool where you can enjoy a dip or enjoy the sunshine lounging on the grass area. There are sun loungers and wicker table and chairs under the veranda. The gardens are enclosed and screened from the neighbouring villas for privacy and also very secure for young children.
