Villa Chincho I is located in the very popular area of La Font, on the outskirts of Pollensa. Access is via a shared driveway leading up to communal entrance gates. This driveway then individually branches off up to Villa Paz, set in private grounds and affording the luxury of not being overlooked whatsoever. Villa Paz has a large covered terrace at the entrance of the house which looks out onto the lawn surrounding the pool area. This is a perfect choice for families and friends who like to be close to all the amenities of Pollensa, whether it’s a stroll on a Sunday morning to explore the local market or an evening walk into the main square to try one of Pollensa's fantastic restaurants or just to simply sit with a cocktail and soak in the atmosphere.
