The villa is decorated in traditional Majorcan style with lots of character and modern comforts. Villa Vinyeta has a lovely large garden with a rectangular private pool with Roman steps. 10.5m x 5m depth 1m-2m. Layout: Ground floor: entrance, living/ dining room (TV/ DVD, satellite), double bedroom with en-suite shower room with access to the garden, twin bedroom with access to the garden, bathroom, kitchen (electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, microwave), pool area and garden, laundry room, shower room. First floor: Twin bedroom, double bedroom with private balcony with views of the pool, mountains and garden, shower room. Extra charge of 250€ per week for pool heating in cooler months.
