A large balcony offers breathtaking views across the Bay of Pollensa in the distance. A further sofa bed is located on this floor for extra accommodation Outside, the high hedge that surrounds the property ensures seclusion, in addition to the lawn and pool side sun terrace, a private 8 x 4 m swimming pool with walk-in steps, sparkles beyond. A further covered porch is on hand to provide plenty of shade from the summer heat, plus an attractive choice of options to dine outside, relax or snooze. The extensive grounds around the house have been planted with a sustainable food forest with over 200 fruit trees by the caring owners of Villa Ca na Carmen, who are committed to ecotourism. Future plans in Ca na Carmen will include solar panels in an aim to impact the environment as low as possible. A hire car is essential when booking this house. For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.
