The house will allow 7 people, we advise this is only taken up if the extra person is a child using the single Futon situated in the Living Room - please note the Living Room does not have curtains. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Cloakroom with WC. Kitchen with dining area. Utility room with shower and basin. First floor sitting room."
