"There are four bedrooms: one double, one second-floor double, one single, and one second-floor single. Shower room on the ground floor with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. A second shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin, and a WC. Open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and a sitting area with a multi-fuel stove. The central heating is electric. In the kitchen there is an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. For entertainment there is WiFi and a Smart TV. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Patio and furniture in an enclosed garden. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. The shop is 0.4 miles away, the pub is 0.1 miles away, and the beach is 0.6 miles away. Please keep in mind that check-in begins at 4:30 p.m. and ends at 9 a.m. The Mizzen is a lovely setting for an escape to Cornwall."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
