"There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: one double with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and one single. Open-plan living space on the first floor with a kitchen, dining area, and seating area. Central heating powered by oil. The kitchen hosts an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. For entertainment, there is a TV. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Parking for two cars is available on a private basis. There is a patio with furniture. We welcome two well-behaved dogs. Sorry, no smoking allowed. A shop is 0.5 mile away, a pub is 0.8 mile away, and the beach is 1 mile away. Please keep in mind that children under the age of five are not permitted at this property. Towels are not provided at this property, please remember to bring your own. There is a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer in the on-site laundry room. Please keep in mind that the only way to get to the shower room is through the double bedroom. Stable Cottage is a delightful setting for a coastal getaway with loved ones."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
