"This property is reverse-level, with a ground-floor double, ground-floor twin and ground-floor shower room, along with a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and Juliet balcony. Outside there is a balcony with furniture, a rear lawn with furniture and designated parking places for two cars. There is oil central heating throughout the cottage. The kitchen hosts an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There is a TV. Fuel and power are included in the rent. Bed linen in included. Highchair and travel cot are available. Two well-behaved pets are allowed. Apologies, no smoking. The shop rests 0.5 miles away, the pub and beach rest 0.8 miles away. Please note that the property is on a working farm. There is a laundry room on-site with a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer. The rear lawn also is not enclosed.
