"The living areas in the semi-detached holiday home consist of a kitchen/diner, and a living/dining room with an electric fire. The property additionally enjoys shared access to an external games room, as well as an external table tennis room. The bedrooms consist of a double (zip/link, can be twin on request) with a TV and an en-suite, two zip/link doubles with TVs and en-suites, and a ground-floor zip/link double with a TV and an en-suites, along with a cloakroom/utility. Outside, there is a private rear garden with decking, lawn, hot tub, an outdoor tap for showering dogs, fire pit, barbecue and furniture, and shared grounds with patio, terrace, summerhouse, a children's play area, football pitch and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.8 miles, you'll find a shop, and within 1, a pub and beach. Two well-behaved pets are welcome at the property, however, smoking is not permitted. A highchair and travel cot are also available. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost.
