"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with range with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, breakfast bar for two and dining seating for two, and a living/dining room with dining seating for six people, an electric fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with zip/link, a king-size with Smart TV and a single with truckle, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a front enclosed garden with patio and furniture, rear enclosed garden with patio, furniture, outdoor heater, raised terrace with patio, furniture, fire pit, garage with storage for bikes, kayaks, table tennis and darts, as well as roadside parking. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog welcome. Please ensure dogs are kept downstairs and off beds and furniture. Please mind your head when entering the kitchen. The garage is not suitable for a car. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
