"The living areas in the property consists of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting area with Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player and gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, both with Smart TV with Freeview, and a shower room. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and additional roadside parking close by. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, please bring your own dog beds, towels and blankets. Travel cot and highchair available. Note: The apartment is accessed via 31 external stone steps; care should be taken at all times. Note: Due to the access this property is not suitable for anyone with limited mobility.
