"The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, a sitting area with TV with Freeview, Netflix, Blu-ray Player, iPod docking station and dining area. The bedrooms include a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is a patio with furniture and allocated parking for one car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This apartment accepts two dogs however smoking is not allowed. Travel cot and booster seat available, bedding is not provided for the travel cot, please bring your own. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub. Whistle Stop Apartment is a superb escape to Wales. Note: Not suitable for less abled people due to only a shower over the bath with no hand rails. Note: Garden is not enclosed. Note: Guests will need to have their own log-in for use of Netflix on the TV"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
