"Samson's Place, a single-storey bungalow, consists of a kitchen with double oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washing machine, a dining room, a sitting room with Smart 43"" flatscreen TV, Freeview, and DVD, and a conservatory with seating. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and double, serviced by a shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, and bed linen are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, gravel, and furniture and off-road parking on a private driveway for up to three cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.3 miles, beach 0.7 miles. Samson's Place offers a splendid retreat, whatever time of year. Note: Extra 20GBP charge per dog. Note: EV charging is prohibited."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
