"The living areas in this ground-floor property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, a living/dining room with seating for four guests and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes and a single with pull out trundle bed, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture and barbecue, and roadside parking is available. Please Note: Street parking is restricted between the hours of 4.30pm-6.30pm for local residents, a free parking spot is available just a brief stroll away on the next street. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 0.4 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Hideaway is a superb base from which to explore all that Southsea has to offer. "

Rental Rates

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
