The house is located in a quiet area, yet again in the centre of the town and in the immediate vicinity of the sea, also within walking distance there are shop, restaurant, market, pharmacy, clinic, children's playground.On the ground floor, which covers almost 100 m², there is a kitchen with a dining area connected to a large living room. From there, you exit to the spacious terrace, equipped with quality garden furniture, with beautiful view over the pool and landscaped garden. Inner staircase from the ground floor leads to the first floor where you will find rooms and bathrooms. Rooms no. 1 and 4 have en-suite bathrooms. The beautiful courtyard is full of Mediterranean herbs and greenery, and there is a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals, enjoy the fresh air and socialize during wonderful summer days and evenings. In the basement of the house, connected by an external staircase, there is an authentic Dalmatian tavern with a fireplace, where you will have a fully equipped kitchen and an additional toilet. We definitely recommend a visit to the famous sandy cove Lovrecina about 2 km away, and the most famous beach in Dalmatia - Zlatni rat in Bol.
