Very nice traditional property in central area of Praia da Luz. This holiday home is a renovated single-story townhouse located just 50 meters from the coast and a quick 2 minute walk to the beach! The house comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen and sofa, 1 bathroom with standing shower, and 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 single beds, and the other two bedrooms have 1 single bed each. There is a closed backyard patio with washing machine and clothes-line, and a frontyard patio with table and chairs. The street is a one-way street and has parking, although during the high-season period it can be limited. There are several restaurants, shops and supermarkets at hand, and the downtown main promendade and the main church square are just 200 meters away. There is also WIFI. There is possibility of late arrival between 00:00h and 02:00h for an extra charge of €40 paid locally and between 19:00h and 00:00h for an extra charge of €20 paid locally.
