"The living spaces include a kitchen/diner housing an electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and a sitting room with woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and a twin (zip/link), serviced by a shower room. To the outside is a raised terrace garden with furniture, bike storage and off-road parking for two small cars. This property will accept two pets however smoking is not allowed. Travel cot, highchair, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Within 1.8 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Book West View and break away to this Cumbrian region. Note: Steep steps to access garden, take care. Note: the property doesn't accept Sunday's check-ins. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of -ú200. Please note: This property will be pleased to accept babies in arms or children over the age of 5 only. Please note: This property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
