This lovely 2 bedroom villa with pool and garden area is ideally situated within walking distance to various famous beaches. The beautiful beach De Costa Bay is only 200 meters away, and Lombardi Beach is 400 meters and Fig Tree Beach is at 800m. As you walk in, you are faced with a spacious kitchen, living and dining area. There is quest's toilet on this level too. Two generous size bedrooms with family bathroom and balcony are on the first floor. Villa Mimosa is well-equipped to provide you one relaxing and unforgettable holiday. Villa Mimosa is a 2 storey villa with 2 spacious bedrooms; 1 with double bed and one with 2 single beds; both bedrooms have built in wardrobes; with 1 guest toilet and 1 family bathroom. Air conditioning and heating in living area and all bedrooms. The ground floor is very spacious with open plan lounge kitchen and dining area. There are TV, satellite TV, DVD player and internet access (free of charge). The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats six guests and large open plan fully equipped kitchen fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan & all cooking utensils. The living room is furnished with modern sofas. The garden is fenced for privacy with a private pool (3m x3 m.) with sunbeds, umbrella, and furniture. There are BBQ and garden area with furniture, where you can relax in the shade whilst enjoying a nice cold drink during hot summer days. Private parking is available free of charge. All necessary bed linen including bath towels are provided and with respect of your privacy, pool cleaning service is provided twice a week. Additional services are available on request.
