Three bedroom villa with private pool, and sea view from balconies and terrace area ideal for Families and Groups. The villa sleeps up to 8 people comfortably, and is equipped with all you could need and more, including a flat screen TV; satellite TV, DVD Player and free Wi-Fi Each of the 3 bedrooms has balcony with amazing views of the blue flag sandy beaches. The pool area is fenced so that you can sunbathe in private. There are sunbeds and outdoor furniture around the pool as well as barbeque area. There is private parking for a car although a car is not essential as all amenities, restaurant/bar are within easy walking distance and the beach at the end of the street. There is a large communal pool, children’s pool, at the beach bar close by available to our Villa residents. There is a beautiful grassed area adjoining the beach with a children’s playground available for residents of Villa free of charge. The villa has 3 bedrooms in total, one with a double bed and the other 2 have 2 single beds each. A sofa bed in the sitting room can sleep 2 more children. In total the villa accommodates 8 persons. All bedrooms are bright and airy with balcony views to the sea, air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes and balcony. The villa features a bathroom with shower, bath, toiler and sink. There is a further cloakroom on the ground floor. The lounge has a large sofa which can convert to a sofa bed and a flat screen TV/DVD with satellite channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and item you will require; Clothes dryer, Dishwasher, Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Washing machine. The granite worktops ensure that the Villa retains its high class feel. Stepping out of the rear patio doors will bring you to the pool/terrace area, a great place to top up the tan in the daytime and relax with a BBQ and cocktails in the evening. The terrace is entirely enclosed for additional privacy. There are sun loungers and an outdoor seating area to seat 6 people. The small sized private pool is cleaned and treated twice a week free of charge. Cot and Highchair are available on request. Freshly laundered bedding and towels (not beach) free of charge. Normally the property is available from 16.00 on the day of your arrival and ends at 10.00 on the day of your departure, however wherever possible we will try to accommodate late and early arrivals and departures so that you get the most from your time in Cyprus. Changeover days are flexible. This Three bedroom villa is located near Polyxenia Beach with a grassed area leading not only onto a lovely sandy beach but it also brings you to the beginning of the boardwalk into Protaras, passing coves of sandy beach every now and then.  The walk should take about 20 minutes, depending on how fast you walk, how hot it is and how many bars and restaurants you stop in along the way. Next to Polyxenia is Marlita Beach just along the boardwalk in Pernera, a sandy little beach with gently sloping bay itself is one of the nicest sandy beaches on the eastern coast of Cyprus.
