This is a modern three bedroom detached villa tastefully furnished to high standards. Both, it’s stylish interior and comfortable exterior areas with a beautiful and spacious swimming pool area and patio and covered with pergola for outdoor dining, guarantee an unforgettable holiday. Villa Paschalia is a self-catering 2 storey villa with 3 specious bedrooms; 2 with twin beds and one with a double bed; all bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There are a bathroom with bath/toilet upstairs, and 1 toilet room downstairs. Air conditioning and heating in living area and all bedrooms. The ground floor is very spacious with open plan lounge kitchen and dining area. There are TV, satellite TV, DVD player and high speed internet connection free of charge. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats six guests. The large open plan fully equipped kitchen has fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all cooking utensils. The living room is furnished with modern sofas. Sliding doors will take you to patio covered with pergola, a great place to feel summer breeze. The garden is fenced for privacy with a private pool (8 x 4 meters). There are sun beds, umbrella, outdoor shower and furniture. Private parking is available free of charge. All necessary bed linen including bath and kitchen towels are provided and with respect of your privacy, pool cleaning service is provided twice a week. Welcome Hamper upon arrival free of charge.
