Outside the villa features a large garden area and swimming pool, great for children. The location of the villa is excellent and just a few minutes walk away from the centre of Protaras. There is a small sandy beach just 2 minutes walk away from the villa and the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach which was voted the third best beach in Europe in 2011 is less than a 10 minute walk away.
