This villa has the superb location of being just a stone’s throw away from the crystal clear Mediterranean waters. A private property with gated off-road parking and a pretty colourful planted garden with palm trees and a selection of plants. The property has a galley styled light wooden kitchen with electric hob and oven and a stainless steel extractor fan. Light floods in through the two big windows. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. There is also a ground floor shower room for your convenience. The dining area has a stylish glass table, brown chairs, mirror and standard lamp. Or why not relax in the spacious lounge on either the large brown leather sofa or one of the two brown leather chairs, complete with colourful cushions. A glass coffee table compliments the dining table. Ambience is provided by a selection of lighting and the room is accessorized with ornaments and art work. There is also a large flat screen TV . Two sets of patio doors lead out to a covered patio area and the garden. The perfectly formed swimming pool sits comfortably within the garden. All sunbeds come with additional shade for the face. Enjoy eating al fresco the food prepared on the BBQ. A wooden table and chairs, with orange cushions, and parasol make dining outside a pleasure. A tiled staircase with wrought iron handrail leads to the 1st floor where there are 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin and a family bathroom with shower over the bath, where there is plenty of storage space for all your holiday accessories. The master double ensuite bedroom has patio doors with a Juliet balcony. It also has a window above the bed, bedside cabinets and lamps. Decorative artwork bring a homely feel to the room. The first twin bedroom has patio doors and private balcony which overlooks the pool, with a bedside table and lamp The second twin bedroom also has a bedside table and lamp and three large windows. Kapparis is an up-and-coming, peaceful and picturesque locality with easy access to the towns of Paralimni and Dherynia, and the resorts of Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa. Kapparis is untouched and unspoiled compared to the overcrowding in some resorts. It is a small village where the community is very friendly and who make time for holiday makers. The atmosphere is very relaxed and laid back, which makes it the ideal place for a chill out and get away from it all holiday.
