Villa Marilena located in central Protaras ,is a well equipped cozy holiday home offering plenty of sun light throughout the day, the closest beach is 600 meters walking distance from the villa. Outside Villa Marilena offers plenty of space, outdoor furnishings, covered seating area, BBQ and off-road gated parking. There are two levels in this holiday home. Inside offers open plan living throughout and air conditioning in all the bedrooms. The kitchen benefits from a wide range of electrical appliances, wooden work surfaces and generous storage space. The dining area has a dining table, complete with 6 chairs. The open plan living area offers two comfortable sofas, fire place, satellite T.V. Guests are able to access the private garden and decked swimming pool area through the sliding doors in the living room. Both bedrooms have good wardrobe space and black out blinds. The first bedroom has a double bed, and it is on the ground floor. Guests have access to a shared downstairs shower room and WC. Heading upstairs you'll find 2 separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has double bed, the third bedroom offers two single beds. Both bedrooms have shared use of the family shower room and sun terrace. The local area has lots of restaurants, fruit markets, supermarkets, water sports and much more. Overall Villa Marilena is a well situated family holiday home, offering plenty of space and privacy.
