Villa Kostakis is a five-bedroomed villa with dreamy views of the sea and Cyprus's stunning eastern coast. Set in an elevated position, overlooking the popular resort town of Protaras, the villa is the perfect place to admire the island's natural beauty from. Boasting a beachside address – the nearest one is just a few minutes' drive away – there's plenty to see and do. When you're not taking a relaxing dip in your private swimming pool, the sea's crystal-clear waters or adrenaline-pumped water sports await. The resort centre is also nearby for shops, tavernas and cultural sights. The exterior of Villa Kostakis is classically Mediterranean with whitewashed walls, terracotta red-tiled roofs and sweeping archways. The villa is surrounded by tall pine trees and shrubs to create a private and tranquil setting. Inside, you'll find a comfortable and spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. This beautiful part of Cyprus is known for its Blue Flag beaches, friendly local tavernas and historic sites. There are also shops and market stalls in Protaras centre for picking up souvenirs or fresh local produce. Stop for a refreshing cold coffee or bite to eat at one of the restaurants, bars or cafes. By night, try your hand at karaoke or sip cocktails in one of the bars. A must-visit beach is Fig Tree Bay with golden sands and calm, crystal-clear waters that are ideal for swimming or snorkelling. Water sports lover? There's also plenty of opportunities to kayak in the sea, parasail and more. At Fig Tree Bay, there's a small island that you can swim too, as well as a coastal boardwalk and rock cave. For more challenging walls, there are scenic coastal trails that go to Louma Beach and Lombardi Beach – both excellent spots for a day out. Cape Greco National Forest Park with its clear waters and protected pine forest trails is also a must visit. You can walk, cycle or horse ride the route for fantastic nature, sea and coastal cliff views. Whether you're a beginner or advanced scuba diver, Cape Greco is also a popular place to dive. It has a variety of caves, rock formations and canyons and is easily reachable via boat trip.
