The terrace of this apartment is a magical and absolutely privileged corner. Imagine having a tasty breakfast in the mornings while contemplating the calm sea, the boats crossing it and the beautiful mountains.Then, you can go down to enjoy the beach and, at sunset, open a bottle of wine and prepare a dinner watching the sun set. The interiors surprise with their spaciousness, brightness and modernity. An impressive kitchen-dining room opened to the living room, with air conditioning, will welcome you. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, industrial style appliances and everything necessary to cook. Right there, you also have the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. The living room features a large sofa where you can watch satellite TV, read a book or even take a rest in front of the sea. The chimney is totally decorative. There are three bedrooms with air conditioning, two of them with two single beds and another one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Two of these bedrooms have wardrobe. There is another bathroom with both separate shower and bathtub that services the entire house. There is also a cot, a high chair and a radiator. Puerto de Pollença is a beautiful village located between sea and mountain. Its large fine sand and crystal-clear waters beach is a total paradise, as well as its promenade that is simply perfect to have a pleasant walk contemplating the ships on the port or having a coffee or an ice-cream in one of its bars.
