This lovely apartment is set on the pine walk area of Puerto Pollensa, first line property 5 meters from the beach with unobstructed views of the sea and bay. In total the apartment offers 4 bedrooms 1 of which is a double bed and the others are 5 single beds in 3 other bedrooms. 2 bathrooms also available at the property one of which is a en-suite. The large modern lounge / dining area is fitted with T.V, sofa, and tables and chairs with the added bonus of overlooking the bay. This area also leads directly out onto the balcony overlooking the bay fit with sun loungers, table and chairs for relaxing and talking in all the views. Fully fitted kitchen available. Great property for a get away with the family and only 10 minutes walk to the town centre where you can find shops and restaurants. A lift is available at the property and direct access to the seafront. When Booking or Wanting to book : Check in time is after 16:00 Check out time is before 10:00 Changeover day: Saturday in high season ( 19th May - 22nd September ) Included in the price: all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no pool/beach towels Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person per day older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
