The property offers a large communal area with a good size swimming pool and sun bed area. A private garden with an independent entrance to the property completed with outdoor furniture and portable BBQ. The interior is distributed to a large totally fitted open concept kitchen, dinning area, lounge and three individual bedrooms (1 ensuite double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). A master bedroom is ensuite with fully fitted bathroom and other two bedrooms have shared bathroom. The property is fully air conditioned, has communal Wi-Fi, Sat TV. This lovely apartment is set in one of the nicest areas of Puerto Pollensa with everything on your door step. The beaches, restaurants, bars and town centre are only short stroll away. When Booking or Wanting to book : Check in time is after 16:00 Check out time is before 10:00 Changeover day: Saturday in high season (May - September) Included in the price: all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no pool/beach towels Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay).
