Villa Luis Vives situated in one of the most desirable areas making it the ideal location for families, couples and singles to enjoy a great holiday experience in the tropical island paradise of Puerto Pollensa. ?Situated in a peaceful area on a quiet, traffic-free cul-de-sac you have easy access to local amenities, including a full range of restaurants, family friendly bars, shops and banks, all a short walk from your villa (aprox 20 min walk). It is the ideal location for visitors who wish to be close to Port of Pollensa Town and enjoy the charm of an original finca in a mediterranean landscape. ?INTERIOR: The house has second lounge situated on the first floor, it features a sofa area which opens up to a large terrace with lovely views to the garden and pool area. The large dining room with a comfortable sitting area is located on the ground floor with access to the fully equipped kitchen featuring a large table. There is heating, air conditioning and WiFi. The laundry room has a washing machine and ironing facilities. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: Bedroom 1 - Ground Floor - Double room, shared bathroom and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 - Ground Floor - Two single beds, shared bathroom and air conditioning. Bedroom 3 - First Floor - Double room, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, air conditioning, opens up onto a balcony with beautiful views to the garden and pool area. Bedroom 4 - First Floor -Two single beds, shared bathroom with bedroom 5 (with shower) and air conditioning. Bedroom 5- First Floor - Two single beds, shared bathroom with bedroom 4 and air conditioning. ?EXTERIOR: There is a private swimming pool (pool size 32 x 15ft) with views to the countryside. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. There is also a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people, perfect for enjoying meals 'Al Fresco'. There is a second terrace with a barbecue are with seating for 10. The property includes parking within the grounds for 2 cars. ?When Booking or Wanting to book : Breakage deposit is required. Check in time is after 16:00 Check out time is before 10:00 Changeover day: Saturday in high season ( 19th May - 22nd September ) No parties or events aloud. No smoking indoors. No pets aloud. Included in the price : all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no pool/beach towels Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay) Please note: Air conditioning and heating is paid in cash on site.
