Situated on the first floor with a lift , the apartment is on two levels with air conditioning throughout. The front door opens into a large open plan living /dining area that leads to a large terrace perfect for alfresco dining. The well-equipped kitchen can be accessed from both the living room and the terrace. Off the living room there are two twin bedded rooms one of which leads on to the terrace and a newly fitted family bathroom with a large walk in shower and modern fittings. The stairs from the lounge lead to the large upper terrace and the master bedroom which has also had a and newly reformed en suite. Outside there is a good sized Jacuzzi, a lovely new sofa area with a large electrical awning for the really warm days in Mallorca, a large dining table and sun loungers making it a great location for catching the sun all day and making those holiday memories.
