Penthouse Rosas is a wonderful duplex, with jacuzzi, community pool and mountain views. It is distributed on two floors. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (bedroom distribution: in the first bedroom there is a 150cm double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds), a bathroom with a bathtub, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Both the main room and from the living room there is an exit to the balcony, ideal for sitting in the morning with your coffee and breakfast while sunbathing in the morning. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The room has a direct entrance to a large terrace where the main attraction is the JACUZZI. All accommodation is air-conditioned. It has a private parking plate. The location of this property is excellent because it is close to everything you need without using the car.
