This modern apartment is set in the just 10 minutes walk to Puerto Pollensa center and beaches. The apartment is very bright, cozy and has been refurnished to a high standard to offer a maximum comfort to its guests. Fully fitted kitchen with all you need during your stay, open plan dinning & living area with a Smart TV and a large sofa. The bedrooms offer one double bed in one bedroom and the other bedroom of 2 single beds. At the apartment you will also find 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath and shower). The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The balcony is ideal for relaxing and dining al fresco watching the sunset . As a great bonus for hot summer days it offers a community swimming pool. When Booking or Wanting to book: Check in time is after 16:00 Check out time is before 10:00 Breakage deposit is required Included in the price: all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no pool/beach towels Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay).
