Villa Leana holds a magnificent location set within a private walled estate and surrounded by tropical gardens. Set on the outskirts of Puerto Vallarta's popular Romantic Zone, where a wide variety of fantastic restaurants and shops can be found just a short walk down hill. The golden Los Muertos beach is less than a fifteen-minute walk from the villa making it ideal for families. Perched on a hill above Puerto Vallarta's Los Muertos Beach and historic Old Town, the home enjoys expansive and unobstructed views of all of Vallarta and the Pacific Ocean beyond. The villa has been finished with traditional interiors to create a warm and homely atmosphere with all the amenities guests could possibly need. Villa Leana can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests across its five well-appointed bedrooms, four of which boast king-size bed while one is a twin. The entertaining space on the main level is open-plan and ideal for socialising, it features large doors which open up onto the terrace, ideal for those wanting to enjoy an indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Outside, the private pool makes the perfect spot to cool off under the Mexico sunshine. While those fortunate enough to stay here will enjoy a relaxing escape, they will be close to all the action, the closest beach, Los Muertos is just a 15-minute walk away. A wide variety of shops and excellent restaurants can be found in the old town, often known as the Romantic Zone, this is one of the most popular areas of Puerto Vallarta and again is just 15-minutes from from the villa. There is plenty to see, do and explore in Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding area, the magical Marieta Islands which are home to Playa del Amor, known as Hidden Beach, is an absolute must-visit. Just 35-minutes from Villa Leana are the Vallarta Botanical Gardens, a real tropical paradise which the whole family will enjoy a visit to. For those travelling with children, Aquaventuras Waterpark is less than 40-minutes away and makes a fun day out with its incredible waterslides and even offers visitors the chance to swim with dolphins!
