The large luxury modern kitchen has granite work surfaces, a dishwasher, an oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and sandwich maker. There is also a breakfast bar. The separate dining room has air conditioning and is a superb dining area seating 8 people. There is also a TV with English speaking channels and patio doors leading to the outside gardens. This level also provides a separate WC. The magnificent marble staircase leads you upstairs where you will find the 3 bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed, air conditioning, walk in wardrobes, TV with English speaking channels, and a balcony overlooking the pool terrace with sea views over the ocean to the Island of La Gomera. There is also a BBQ. The manager of this property lives nearby and maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. This villa is situated in a quiet residential area in the resort of Puerto Santiago which is approximately 2km from Los Gigantes. There are a couple of bars, restaurants and a large supermarket within a 300 metres of the villa. The villa itself is on the edge of the resort and just a 20 minute walk to the sandy beach and main area of Puerto Santiago where you will find a large number of shops, banks, bars, restaurants etc. This is one of the most tranquil and exclusive areas of the island of Tenerife. The village has been built around the traditional style plaza with the beautiful church at its heart. The church boasts an interesting selection of bronze sculptures with a dramatic painting over the altar. The plaza is the hub of the village. Take time out and enjoy a glass of local wine or a coffee and just watch the world go by. If you're lucky the local 'parakeetas' will put on an aerial display for you in one of the large leafy trees.
