The Accomodation This comfortable and modern ground floor consists of 50m² and is decorated with an exclusive design. The apartment has a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a terrace. All rooms are distributed on the same level, accommodating up to 4 people. The beautiful living room offers a modern sofa, air conditioning and heat pump, Smart TV with satellite channels and free high-speed Internet with 600MB Fiber Optic. It also has a dining space with a spacious table with wooden chairs. The open kitchen area is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and electric juicer, fridge and a complete kitchenware. The Building and accessibilityb This apartment is one of the 6 apartments that make up the Volcano building: on the ground floor are the White and Purple apartments, which are accessed by going down 10 steps and are the only ones with an outdoor terrace. On the first floor are the Blue and Orange apartments, which are accessed by climbing 5 and 7 steps respectively, which makes them the most accessible. On the top floor are the Red and Green apartments for which you have to climb between 21 and 24 steps and they are the ones with the best views. SPORT CENTER Right in front of the apartments, just 10 meters away, is the Fariones Sports Center, a large space with gardens and facilities such as a gym, swimming pool for adults and children, various tennis and paddle tennis courts and an outdoor crossfit area. free.
