The ample living zone consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, a large dining table with 14 seats, and a living area with comfortable sofa seating. Modern design and neutral colors create a relaxing ambiance. On the middle floor, you will find 4 bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms on this floor, a super king-size bed can be separated into two single beds. The top floor of the villa features 2 large bedrooms with exquisite panoramic views of the sea and the city. The very special part of this Istrian holiday villa is a beautifully designed outdoor space with a large swimming pool in the center. The pool is 13 meters long and 4 meters wide. Moreover, it has hydro-massage jets. It is perfect for refreshment and extra relaxation on hot summer days.
