Extremely stylish and modern 2 bedroom apartment that caters for the whole family. It is on a resort with designer communal swimming pool and gardens to relax in the sunshine. The complex also has a tennis court for the more sporty. Only a few minutes drive away to the beach where there are bars and cafes and a good selection of watersports .Fully air-conditioned . The apartment has open-plan lounge,dining room and kitchen and offers all the mod cons that one would want to find on holiday. Stunning veranda set in a private garden . It is only 2 miles driive away to Larnaca where you can find all the nightlife and superb beaches. High quality furnishings throughout the apartment and has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room and also a king size sofabed in the lounge. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for the guests.he living area is fully air conditioned (hot and cold) and tiled throughout. The modern, fitted kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, fan oven, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and a fridge freezer. It also has all crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils you are likely to need during your stay. An ironing board and iron is also provided, as well as a fully secured digital security safe. The dining area has a large dark wood dining table with six upright leather chairs. The lounge area has two comfortable leather sofas; a two seater and a three seater, which converts in to a king size sofa bed. There is a 32” high definition LCD TV, with satellite package and a DVD/CD player to enable you to enjoy films and music (not supplied). The lounge opens on to the veranda via floor to ceiling glass patio doors. Bedrooms Both bedrooms are also air conditioned and tiled throughout. They are stylishly decorated with a large double bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom, all with ortheopedic mattresses. Both have dressing tables with mirrors, bedside tables, lamps and fitted wardrobes with hangers. All bedding (sheets, duvets, pillows etc) are provided along with a hairdryer in each room. Note that if you would like your linen cleaned we can arrange it, but it will be an additional cost. Bathroom The bathroom is tiled and has a WC, wash basin, bath and shower with glass shower screen. Towels are provided, beach towels are not.
