The house is situated at the edge of the village, on a hill, in a green area rich in Mediterranean vegetation and olive trees, which the house owner cultivates. The authentic Istrian style is maintained with wooden furniture and plenty of stone elements, which give the rooms special ambience. Each bedroom has its private bathroom. Two bedrooms are situated on the first and second floor. Only a small road leading to the last house separates you from the swimming pool and the large nice garden. By the swimming pool there is a partly open summer kitchen with wooden benches and table so that guests can dine in the open air. The house is perfect for a few families or a group of friends who wish to spend their holiday together. This location is a good starting point for bicycle trips around the upper Rabac, while through the village Ripenda you can reach the old and new parts of Labin.
