"3 Coastguard Station has one super-king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, one double and a twin serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Downstairs thereÔÇÖs a cloakroom with basin, heated towel rail and WC. ThereÔÇÖs an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, stand mixer, kettle and toaster, a dining area and a sitting area with open fire. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside thereÔÇÖs roadside parking and a non-enclosed front terrace with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 0.1 miles. Enjoy a beachside getaway with a stay at 3 Coastguard Station. Note: There are steps up to the property, please take care. Note: Due to the stairs at the property it is not suitable for children under 2. Note: This property cannot accommodate Saturday check ins. Note: This property has a 3 night minimum stay"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
