"There is a kitchen with an Aga, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a living/dining room with TV, woodburning stove and dining seating for ten. The bedrooms consist of a double with a TV, a ground-floor double, a single and a ground-floor single, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a large, enclosed garden with furniture and off-road parking for four cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets. Apologies, smoking is not permitted. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop and within 0.4 miles, a pub. For a wonderful base to explore Cornwall, consider Chyrosen. Note: A starter pack will be provided for woodburning stove in the winter months. Please note: This property is in a residential area so please be mindful of noise. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
